Confocal Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging
The FILM system, DCS 120, Becker & Hickl includes two pulsed picosecond lasers (405nm , 470nm), two confocal single photon avalanche photodiode (SPAD) detectors, adapted to an Olympus IX-81 fully motorized inverted research microscope.
Capabilities:

FLIM imaging (two excitation channels, two emission channels)

FCS (including image cross-correlation).
