Single molecule Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer system
The single molecule FRET system, PicoQuant Gmbh includes two picoseconds pulsed lasers and two fast detectors, as well as fast electronics. It is connected to a confocal microscope, as well as directly to a microscope and is aimed for two different purposes:
1. Imaging measurements of life time, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) and FRET.
2. Single molecule measurements of FRET, life time and FCS.
