Absorption spectrometer and fluorimeter
Specifications:
- Absorption spectrophotometers model: Cary 100. Digital UV-visible absorption spectrometer, for the range 190-900 nm.
- Fluorimeter model: Eclipse. Digital fluorimeter with a modulated light source, for measurement of fluorescence and phosphorescence.
- Near IR detector model: H10330-45. A photomultiplier tube (PMT), based on an InP/InGaAsP Cathode. The only available PMT for the range 950-1400 nm.
- Nd:YAG pulsed laser model: Minilite II. Pulsed Nd:YAG laser, with 2nd and 3rd harmonic generators. Produces coherent light at 1064, 532 and 355 nm.
