    Ph.D.- Solid-state physics (with excellence).

    M.Sc.- Physics, in Liquid-Crystals and X-ray reflection. 

    B.Sc.- Physics & Computer science. 

     

    He has over 40 years of experience in Nano/Micro design and fabrication.  He has managed SW and HW teams in Intel Israel, and for the last 14 years has served as Head of the BINA Micro/Nano Fabrication unit. SW experience: Developing Algorithms in optical-device optimization, Soft-ERROR, RCL extraction, Statistical Timing Optimization, Heat Transfer and Compilers. Fabrication expertise: Lithography- Photo and Electronic, Optical Coatings using PVD and ALD methods.
